The charming condominium will stand just a few steps from the MODO Town project. Both developments will sit between Clarington and Prince William Boulevard and Green Road.

The edifice is only a 35-minute drive east from Toronto. Conveniently MODO is close to Highways 401, 2, 57 and the up-coming 407, making driving in and out of the city quick and efficient.
