420 Guelph Line Condos is a new mixed-use, mid-rise condominium development in Downtown Burlington. This pre-construction project is located at 420 Guelph Line, on the south-west corner of Guelph Line and New Street, just minutes from the scenic waterfront.

This quiet neighbourhood of Burlington will be just minutes from the waterfront. Residents will have convenient access to the Waterfront Trail from this development. Additionally, residents will be able to reach Burlington GO Station in just 5 minutes, giving them access to the best public transit this city has to offer.

420 Guelph Line Condos will consist of a 13-storey mid-rise that will sit atop a 3-storey podium. This development will offer 170 residential units ranging from one to three bedrooms.

This project will also provide residents with a wide-range of indoor and outdoor amenities as well as 220 parking spaces, giving families with more than one car a chance to fill multiple parking spots.

As the City of Burlington continues to grow and transform, developers are starting to see the potential of building in this area. This site is currently underutilized with two vacant commercial buildings sitting in this parcel of land.

New Mixed-use, Mid-rise Condominium in Downtown Burlington

This 13-storey mid-rise will provide 170 residential units divided between:

  • 103 - One Bedroom Units
  • 33 - Two Bedroom Units
  • 4 - Three Bedroom Units
  • 30 - Efficiency Units - one bedroom units less than 645 square-feet.

There will also be 220 parking spaces that will sit in a two-level underground parking garage. Additionally, visitor parking will also be provided. Although the details about the amenities have not yet been confirmed, we know that this building will offer a wide variety of amenities as there will be over 38,000 square-feet of dedicated indoor and outdoor amenity space spread throughout the entire building.

We can expect an outdoor terrace will sit above the third floor to give residents a chance to unwind and overlook the city. 420 Guelph Line Condos will take on a traditional architectural style with unique elements added to it. Large floor-to-ceiling windows will be strategically placed all around the 3-storey podium as well as around the rest of the building to bring in the most natural light.

The building itself will take on a narrow rectangular shape with ivory coloured massing. The ground floor will boast an enhanced landscape with greenery that surrounds the building and will continue along the streetscape. Pedestrian walkways will give residents the opportunity to enjoy passive recreation while providing direct access to the waterfront trail so residents can easily walk back and forth to the pier. Location & Neighbourhood

Downtown Burlington is a quiet neighbourhood that offers a taste of historic architectural buildings blended with modern developments. This project will sit in a perfect spot of the city near many local and natural amenities. The waterfront is just a 10 minute walk away or a one minute drive away. Residents will have access to the pier where they can overlook the bright blue waters and walk down the Waterfront Trail.

A little bit more west of this development, future residents will find Burlington Beach where they can relax by the water and pass along many eateries and boutique shops that reside down the waterfront. There are also many parks just minutes from this development including Central Park, Spencer Smith Park and Burlington Golf and Country Club.

For commuters, the Burlington GO Station is a quick 5 minutes away. This station runs on the Lakeshore West corridor and will take commuters to Union Station in an hour. Additionally, there are a cluster of highways just minutes from this development site including the Queen Elizabeth Parkway, Highway 407 and Highway 403 are all just north-west of this development.

This area is also a great family-friendly neighbourhood with many schools nearby including Gary Allan High School, Brant Children’s Centre, St. Chirstopher’s Cooperative Preschool, Lakeshore Public School and St. Paul Catholic Elementary School. In this neighbourhood, residents will also find many convenient local amenities including Shoppers Drug Mart, Leon’s, Ikea, Home Depot, Canadian Tire, Costco and Best Buy just mere minutes away. There are also many eateries from fast food to fine dining as well as cafes, bars, supermarkets, boutique shops and cinemas. There is so much to do in this area that residents will never get tired of living here.
