Brixen Developments was created in 2019 by Alexander D’Orazio and Andrew Iacobelli. Both partners bring over twenty years of experience in the residential development and construction industry. Alexander D’Orazio has experience building high-rise condominiums for over a decade. He brings his expertise and knowledge of the real estate development industry to each high-rise project and ensures that each project is executed with the highest of standards.
At Brixen Developments, Alexander is responsible for the oversight of all development approvals and construction. Andrew Iacobelli has worked in the real estate industry for nearly a decade as a managerial consultant and independent investor. Andrew is responsible for the corporate side of the business, handling site acquisition, deal structuring, financing, sales and marketing and office operations.
The partnership started when the co-founders wanted to bring their values and experience to the real estate development industry. They both share common values that include their dedication to quality, their desire to build communities, and their belief that people come first. Brixen Developments aims to integrate these principles into each of their condominium projects. By putting people first, they are committed to their partners and ensuring that their customers are happy.
