It stands out from its surrounding, soaring at 50 storeys high, and has greatly densified the neighbourhood by injecting 552 units into the region. It is located on Rue de la Montagne in Montreal, and construction was completed in 2015.

This 14 storey mid-rise shows off a tremendous ability to anticipate upcoming neighbourhoods in Downtown Toronto.
