Cresford Development Corporation is an organization that’s been building in downtown Toronto for over 40 years. Gluckstein is an interior designer who has worked with Cresford since the 1990’s when the team gained recognition for their renowned Merchandise Building. Under Gluckstein’s leadership, many of their developments have their entire lobbies and amenity spaces designed by major fashion labels. Casa II’s is developed by Missoni Home, MYC by Lema and Casa III by Hermès.
As impressive and stylish as these projects are, aesthetics are only part of the equation. For Cresford, location is also vital. This developer places priority on finding thriving hotspots across the city. Their work can be found from Yorkville to the waterfront. They aim to build close to five-star restaurants, chic lounges and vibrant arts and culture scenes.

This luxury condominium building reaches higher than its sister building with 56 storeys and 478 units. Its suites are furnished by Missoni Homes. They feature expansive windows and spacious wrap-around balconies. Its amenities include a party room, a billiards room and an infinity pool. Its address is 42 Charles St. East and it was completed in 2012.
1000 Bay Condos
This high-rise is 32 storeys tall and features 478 units. It’s located in Toronto’s Discovery District, and features lush park space to the north and the University of Toronto and Queen’s Park to the west. It’s central to both the subway and streetcar, so downtown is only minutes away. Amenities include an exercise room, rooftop terrace and a yoga and pilates studio. Its address is 990 Bay Sreet and construction was completed in 2016.
This steel and glass mid-rise is located in the King West neighbourhood in Toronto where it brings stylish living to each one of its 173 units. Each condo unit features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances in the kitchen and marble countertops in the bathrooms. Its amenities include 24-hour concierge service, pool and an exercise room. It is located at 399 Adelaide St. West and it was completed in 2013.
