Davpart Inc. is a real estate developer and property management company that operates throughout Ontario and the United States. They were founded in 1993 when they acquired three industrial properties, but today they have a varied portfolio. They manage commercial, retail, residential, and industrial properties in a wide variety of locations. They credit their success to a hands on management style combined with superb customer service.

The building will become a landmark in Toronto as it soars over a central location with its iconic architecture designed by award winning architects Hariri Pontarini Architects who took home the 2016 International Architecture Award from the Chicago Athenaeum and the Ontario Association of Architects Lieutenant Governor’s Award for Design Excellence in Architecture in 2016. It is sure to become the crown jewel of the area.
