Clear Spirit

This residential high-rise stands at 40 storeys and has 346 units. It is located in the Distillery District, one of Toronto’s most vibrant and trendsetting neighbourhoods. Here, you’re amongst gourmet restaurants, boutique shops, and historic Victorian industrial buildings that add a unique character to the area. Amenities of these condos include a pool, library, terrace, theatre room, BBQ area, and jacuzzi. It is located on Mill Street and construction was completed in 2012.

Corktown District

This mid-rise is located in the east end of Toronto, in one of the city’s most sought after neighbourhoods. These fashionable and modern lofts provide residents with a premium location that is directly on a streetcar line and is only minutes away from a subway station. Amenities include a billiards room, fitness centre, rooftop terrace, and a penthouse party room. Construction was completed in 2010 and it is located on King Georges Road.

2 Gladstone

This mid-rise is located in Queen West, one of Toronto’s most vibrant neighbourhoods. These condos offer residents modern kitchens with contemporary cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. It is located directly on a streetcar line, so the entire city is always within your grasp. It’s address is 2 Gladstone Avenue, and it was completed in 2011.
