Mansouri Living is a family-based development company located in Toronto that focuses on building residential and commercial spaces. It is the amalgamation of three diverse companies that has a combined total of over 30 years of experience building real estate projects throughout the GTA.
This developer was founded by Sharok Mansouri, a seasoned leader in the development industry. Sharok brings a wealth of experience with a background as an architect. He also brings a hands-on approach to the design process and community planning by incorporating green space, retail, sports centres and schools within their residential and commercial developments.
In addition to Sharok’s knowledgeable background and experience in the industry, the second generation of the Mansouri family also have their hand in the company. Daughter’s Maryam, Nargues and Lily each have their own backgrounds in business, marketing and project management. Maryam Mansouri is the Vice-President and she too has a background as an architect. She leads the condo development division and focuses on land acquisition and creating the vision for their iconic residential projects.
Nargues Mansouri is the Vice-President and co-founder. She has an MBA and leads all of the business matters from financing, sales, marketing and brand strategy.
Finally, Lily Mansouri is the Project Manager. While closely managing and coordinating all of the real estate developments, she also ensures that every one of their projects are following their values by building with care, attention to detail and using high-quality materials. With all of these unique backgrounds, this developer is able to provide a savvy business approach that is complemented with design sensibility, determination and integrity. By maintaining these values, they are able to create high-quality condo and low-rise projects that are bound to make great real estate investments.
