Marlin Spring Developments

Marlin Spring Developments is a funding and development company with the vision to acquire and deliver strategic residential and commercial lands within the GTA. The founders and key proprietors of this enterprise have extensive industry roots and bring a diverse range of skill sets to the emerging company.
The family-run business was started in 2014 by Benjamin Bakst, Elliot Kazarnovsky and Zev Mandelbaum. They currently specialize in mid-rise boutique condominiums, seeking to acquire property in desirable neighbourhoods and enhance the streetscapes, while respecting each community's historical roots. Prior to founding this burgeoning development company, all three founders were instrumental on the Lanterra Development team, another renowned firm based in the GTA.

Marlin Spring derives its name from Mandelbaum's parents, Mark and Lindy. Mark Mandelbaum is the founder of Lanterra Developments, a long-serving presence in the GTA development industry. Marlin Spring is heavily influenced by their experience on the Lanterra team and now aims to bring the same qualities of honesty, integrity and innovation to the market on their own terms.

The future of homebuilding in the Greater Toronto Area is swaying more toward the condominium market and this young company knows it needs to maximize the design, density and functionality of their projects. They're committed to sustaining a competitive edge amidst this hot market.
They currently have several projects in the works, many of which sold out in a number of days, including the hotly-anticipated West Beach Condominiums development in Toronto's east end. Their modern ideas about technology, energy-efficient building practices, architectural innovation and the modern lifestyle will likely serve them well as they continue building their portfolio.
