Nurreal Capital is a new developer in the Greater Toronto Area that was opened to build a project in one of the most sought after locations in Mississauga. They are a family business and have extensive experience in the development and finance industries. Their development in Mississauga is called the EV Royale and it will offer boutique condos in the enviable location of Erindale and it borders on the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus.
The company was started by Salim Ansari whose experience has been a formative guide in creating a strong and profitable business. He founded his original company An-Nur (Ontario) Cooperative Corporation Ltd. which was a publicly traded shell company.
Before working in the private sector Mr. Ansari worked in various areas of the public sector. Holding an M.B.A. from Dalhousie University, he worked for Ontario’s Ministry of Finance in the areas of Income and Corporate Tax Audit, Legislative Design & Interpretation, and staff supervision at the senior management level. He also acts as a Director of All Group Financial Services and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
He runs the company with his son Nadeem Ansari. Nadeem is a computer programmer by trade, but he also has intimate experience with the world of finance. He worked for the Ontario Ministry of Finance, but now he works for the Ontario Ministry of Health.
Together they started Nur Capital, the parent company of Nurreal. Nur Capital was a successful company that in between 2003 and 2012 and paid an average of 6% dividends to their investors. It is clear that their experience working for the public sector paid off. They recently struck a deal where they got controlling shares of the Erindale Village Living Inc, and so their interest in EV Royle was confirmed.
Their focus is going to be in high-rise residential development, and they are already growing quickly. The EV Royale is located in Erindale, which is one of the most sought after neighbourhoods in all of Mississauga. It is a historic neighbourhood that is still characterized by its heritage buildings and history of being a fur trapping hub for the French in colonial times, but one thing about Canada is that we’re not stuck in the past. Today this neighbourhood is known for its proximity to the fast growing University of Toronto Mississauga Campus.
The EV Royale will be a mid-rise building and will feature 105 luxury units. Elegant design is at the heart of this development as the ceilings in the condos will soar to 9 feet and the wide open spaces will allow residents to customize their homes any way they want.
In addition to its proximity to the University of Toronto Mississauga Campus, the area is peppered with schools, parks, and places of worship, and is also striped with a beautiful ravine that is the source of the neighbourhood's heritage.
