Reid's Heritage Properties is part of the family-owned Reid’s Heritage Group. Led by Founder and President Scott Reid, a third-generation builder, it was started in 2013 to fulfill a need in the rental property industry through acquisition and development, offering investment-grade apartments. President Scott Reid has over 20 years of experience in construction as the Vice-President, Construction for Reid's Heritage Homes division. He has overseen countless new builds, including custom estates, single detached homes, townhomes, condos, and whole communities. With his invaluable knowledge of the industry, he has a comprehensive understanding of various types of rental properties and leads an experienced team with a vital network of connections.
Under Scott, Reid's Heritage Properties has developed a growing portfolio of projects, from luxury rentals to student housing and retirement living, all with a focus on purpose-built solutions that address the needs of the local community.
