Being a fairly new developer, It was founded by Matt Young, a leader in the Toronto Real Estate Development industry. Matt started his career in 2009 working for Lifetime Developments and helped create many well-known condo projects in the GTA.
In 2012, he joined Capital Developments where he led some of the largest projects and master-planned communities including 150 Redpath, Art Shoppe Lofts + Condos and Azura Condominiums. Throughout his career, he has helped develop and launch over 7,000 condominiums and started Republic Developments to continue creating vibrant and innovative residential communities that will shape the GTA.
