The Conservatory Group is a family-run business that is considered one of Canada’s biggest developers/builders of notable luxury high-rise residential condominiums to low-rise communities throughout the GTA. Is a condo and townhouse development at 825 Church Street in the Yorkville neighbourhood of Toronto. Where sophistication, innovation and passion converge, a world-class residence that rises 37 storeys and consists of 322 suites. Completed in 2014.
Altitude Condominiums
Is a luxury high-rise development with 26 storeys housing 222 units at 88 Grangeway Avenue in the Scarborough City Centre neighbourhood of Scarborough. With a peaceful lush setting of trees and fountains along with gardens and terraces, accompanied by spectacular views of the city and beyond. Completed in 2012.
