The development will be built in all white materials. The first six floors will have dark brown panels and tinted visors on the sixth floor to protect residents from the sun.

The rest of the development will continue the all white theme and will add bits of red to give the building a pop of colour. The first phase of 1306 The Queensway development will be the two high-rises that will be built on the west side of the complex. Tower A will be 31-storeys high and will have a six-storey podium that will extend toward the next tower. Tower B will be 24-storeys high and will overlook Kipling Avenue. This podium will hold all of the amenity and retail space. We can expect this complex to have 604 residential units divided between studio suites and one to three bedrooms.

In the centre of this complex will be a bright, landscaped common area. It is here that residents and visitors can enjoy sitting by the courtyard and taking advantage of the pedestrian walkways that connect the entire complex.
