1325 The Queensway Condos will sit in a 2.17-acres of land . Investors can expect two towers each rising 35-storeys high. Both towers will be connected by a shared podium that is expected to reach either 6 to 11-storeys high.
There will be 10,000 square-feet of commercial space at-grade which will add to the urban amenities in the building. This development will have an incredible amount of residential units. There will be 1,100 residential suites between these two towers.
We can expect these suites to range between one to three bedrooms, which makes this development well-suited for anyone at any stage of life, from young professionals to growing families.
We are expecting the average size of these residential suites to be approximately 671 square-feet, although we will update those details once they become available.
While the amenities have yet to be finalized, we know that Tribute Communities usually include a wide-range of amenities in their past projects. The development will be located in a well-connected community with Kipling Station just minutes away. Location & Neighbourhood
This luxury condominium development will be located in a transit-oriented community with Kipling Station just 7 minutes away. Kipling Station runs on the TTC Subway Bloor-Danforth Line 2 and connects to the GO Train. This station is undergoing major expansions and renovations to make room for more rail lines to run through it as well as to adapt to having more people waiting at the station and to bring in more frequent trains.
