25 Audley Street Condos will sit in the southwest intersection of Portland Street and Audley Street. The northern component of the building will hold an 8-storey, mixed-use podium that will include both commercial, residential and amenity space.

The commercial space will be designated to the first and second floor. The entire tower will rise 26-storeys off the ground and will hold 385 residential units. The units will be divided between:

  • 248 - One Bedroom Units
  • 98 - Two Bedroom Units
  • 39 - Three Bedroom Units

The 25 Audley Street Condos units will come in a range of sizes, making this development ideal for young professionals and growing families. The proposed development will have 23 retail, 42 residential visitor and 264 residential parking spaces as well as 315 bicycle parking spaces. The architectural design of this building will include a mix of traditional and modern elements.

The first 4 floors will have traditional red brick while the rest of the building will have large, sleek silver panels, large floor-to-ceiling windows and all-glass balconies. The entrance is set to have a welcoming landscape with a central courtyard right in front of the lobby. There will be enough amenity space to give residents a chance to enjoy a wide-range of entertainment within the building.

Indoor amenity space will be located on the first, second and fifth floor while the outdoor amenities which will include an outdoor terrace will be located on the first and fifth floor. Location & Neighbourhood

Mimco is being recognized as a neighbourhood with a lot of potential for growth. It consists of upscale condo developments, retail shops and many local amenities. Being just minutes from Lakeshore Blvd, residents will find many restaurants and shops lining Lakeshore. This development will give future residents access to many amenities including restaurants, pubs, unique cafes and big box stores including Shoppers Drug Mart, Winners, Home Depot, Walmart, Ikea and Costco.

This Station runs on the Lakeshore West Line and will take commuters to Union Station in a matter of 15 minutes.
