This mid-rise project will offer residents enough space to cater to anyone no matter their lifestyle. This development will have 68 residential units split between:

2630 Kipling Avenue Condos will have a modern architectural design with cream-coloured concrete on the ground floor and a mix of traditional red brick around the rest of the building. This development will take a rectilinear shape on the east-side fronting Kipling Avenue and a rounded edge on the north-side facing Annabelle Drive. Location & Neighbourhood

2630 Kipling Avenue Condos is situated by the picturesque Humber River and surrounded by open parklands and lush greenery. This development has five schools just a few blocks away including North Kipling Junior Middle School, North Albion Collegiate Institute, St. Andrew’s Catholic School, Highfield Junior Public School and Claireville Junior Public School, making this area a great place for families to reside. For post-secondary students, Humber College and the University of Guelph Humber is a quick 10 minutes away, making this an optimal development for students looking to live close to their school.

Future residents will also find Albion Mall within walking distance from this development site. Woodbine Shopping Centre is also nearby that includes Woodbine Racetrack and Casino. This area is undergoing a complete transformation and will soon include plenty of retail, office and entertainment space as well as a completely renovated casino and racetrack.

Woodbine’s transformation will also include a new GO Station just west of Highway 27. This GO Train will travel to many landmarks in the area including Woodbine Mall, Humber College, University of Guelph Humber and Etobicoke General Hospital. A transfer in the route will take commuters to Toronto Pearson International Airport and will connect them to the future Finch LRT. The Finch LRT will be an 11-kilometre route along Finch Avenue West and will be set for completion in 2023.

This new Rapid Transit Network will have 18 new stops and stations benefiting students and residents alike. This route will start at TTC’s Line 1 - Finch West Station and will end at Humber College. In the next few years, commuting in this area will be a breeze, making this development a desirable location for future residents and tenants.
