About Arcadia District Project

These pre-construction towers will reach 12 to 42 storeys high with a total of 1,400 residential units located at 60 Fieldway Rd, near the intersection of Kipling Ave and Bloor St W in the Islington City Centre neighbourhood.

Arcadia District will sit on over four acres of land and consist of multiple towers built in three different phases.
Among the amenities are a rooftop pool and 60,000 sq.ft of private amenity club, 14,000 sq.ft of retail/commercial space on the ground floor, and a daycare to add more local amenities to the community.
