Condo Project Summary

The third and final phase of the Backyard Neighbourhood master-planned community is coming to the heart of South Etobicoke. This new project will sit in the north-eastern corner of the site.

The King’s Mill Condos is a new condominium development by VANDYK Group of Companies in Etobicoke. This new pre-construction project will be situated in the stunning neighbourhood of The Queensway, just west of the Humber River. It has an occupancy date of 2023.

Mimico GO Station is a quick 8 minute drive away and will take residents to Union Station in 15 minutes.

To add to this quick service, Metrolinx recently announced that they will be adding a new Park Lawn GO Station, this proposed station will lie between Humber Bay and Mimico.
