The KIP District 3 will include two buildings, one will be a high-rise dedicated to rental units while the other will be a 37-storey modern tower that will come with many floor plans and layouts to suit anyone, no matter their lifestyle. Based on this tower’s proposal, we know that there will be many amenities located within the ground floor and the fifth floor. Location & Neighbourhood

The KIP District 3 will be located on the south-west corner of Kipling Avenue and Dundas Street West. This master-planned community received it’s name The KIP because of its location to Kipling Station. Additionally, Kipling Station is undergoing major renovations in order to create an improved and expanded mobility hub that will serve a fleet of TTC buses, streetcars, GO Trains as well as MiWay buses that connect to Mississauga. As for drivers, Highway 427 is just west of this development while the Gardiner Expressway is directly south.
