Westerly Condos is a new high-rise towers condominium development by Tridel in Etobicoke. This pre-construction project is located at 25 Cordova Ave on the north-east side of Dundas St W and Islington Ave in the neighbourhood of Islington City Centre.

The proposed 20-storey tower will sit on the north side of the complex and will be only focus residential suites. There will be 257 residential units ranging in size from 502 sq.ft to 1,120 sq.ft that will be separated between:
- 76 - One-Bedroom Units
- 83 - One-Bedroom Plus Den
- 70 - Two-Bedroom Units
- 27 - Three-Bedroom Units
- 1 - Townhouse Unit on the lower level
This tower will sit on a 4-storey podium and will feature a modern architecture style. Investors can expect an all-white exterior with large floor-to-ceiling windows that will cover the entire development. Some of the balconies will have an angular shape while there will be small setbacks on the 5th level and again on the 12th level to give the development some dimension.
