1 Jarvis Street Condos will offer 354 units that range from one to three bedrooms between 478 to 1,031 square-feet. This square-footage also includes private balconies in each suite. The suites will have open-concept layouts and modern features and finishes including floor-to-ceiling insulated double glazed windows, contemporary kitchen cabinetry, composite quartz countertop and kitchen backsplash.

1 Jarvis Street Condos is proposed to be built in the International Village, which is Hamilton’s oldest Business Improvement Area (BIA) established in 1976.
The area is comprised of historic Victorian properties, modern offices, restaurants and retailers in the heart of Hamilton.
There are a few parks nearby including the Wellington Park, Beasley Park and Jack C. Beemer Park which residents will find highly accessible. This area has a walk score 87, considered to be “a walker’s paradise” where most tasks can be completed by foot. Additionally, it has a high transit score of 80, and a bike score of. It is worth mentioning this location is an 11-minute walk from the LW Lakeshore West at the Hamilton GO Centre stop.
