Available tower suites begin on the 9th floor and include such varieties of condo layouts as 1-bedroom (505 to 600 square feet), 1-bedroom + den (584 to 695 square feet), 2-bedroom (693 square feet), 2-bedroom with 2-bathroom (713 to 920 square feet), 2-bedroom + den with 2-bathroom (765 to 1,081 square feet).

 

All suites come equipped with balconies or terraces; podium balconies have an average size of 35 square feet (though can get much larger), while tower balconies are larger, some of which are enormous wrap-around terraces. Suites with large floor plans have the option of installing a den in their extra space.

All condos come with 9 foot-high ceilings and an appliance package that includes stainless steel fridge, range, dishwasher, hood fan, and a white washer/dryer combination. The price of the condo includes one vehicle parking spot, while storage lockers are available for an extra $4,000 each.
