The towers in this GTA condominium development will contain 750 residential units in total and are designed to reflect the award-winning Pan Am Centre across the street, an architectural focal point in the neighbourhood. A distinctive steel fin that marks the centre will be reflected on parts of the two towers. The condominium’s contemporary glass structure – designed by renowned firm Kirkor - will similarly echo the centre, setting design standards for the entire neighbouhood.

This project occupies a prime site near the intersection of Main and Enterprise Boulevard, just south of Highway 7. A future campus for York University is planned for the space just across the street, a nod to the rapid growth and intensification the city has been seeing over the past few years.

An abundant selection of eclectic restaurants, shops – including a Whole Foods – and services are within a short drive or walk of the development, so getting day-to-day necessities can be done in one easy trip.

Markham is becoming recognized for its nearly 900 technology and life science companies, and despite the many head offices opening their doors in the area, demand for rental units far outstrips the supply.
