UnionCity Condo Project
A new condo project is coming to animate Markham’s growing downtown corridor.
UnionCity Condos is a new modern, high-rise condominium development by Metropia in Markham. These three pre-construction residential buildings with up to 1,400 new units will be located near the vibrant intersection of Enterprise Boulevard & Birchmount Road in Unionville. The buildings will be located on Enterprise Blvd, between Kennedy Rd & Birchmount Rd, adjacent to University Blvd.

Location & Neighbourhood
UnionCity Condos will be arriving in Markham’s downtown neighbourhood, also known as Unionville. This region is an excellent location for people of all ages due to its proximity to excellent amenities. This area is home to Markham’s entertainment hub and transit hub making it a great place to live and invest in.
The best part of being in the downtown area is its proximity to family-friendly urban amenities.
