The proposal submitted to the City of Markham, expects this development to feature 3 new residential condominiums. These residences will animate Markham’s expanding downtown corridor and become the city’s newest landmark.

Location & Neighbourhood

UnionCity Condos will be arriving in Markham’s downtown neighbourhood, also known as Unionville. This region is an excellent location for people of all ages due to its proximity to excellent amenities. This area is home to Markham’s entertainment hub and transit hub making it a great place to live and invest in.

The best part of being in the downtown area is its proximity to family-friendly urban amenities. These include a GoodLife Fitness, banks, Cineplex Cinemas Markham and VIP, and a diverse range of restaurants and speciality shops which can be found within walking distance. Travelling around the area is made especially convenient with the Unionville GO Station being just a 5 minute drive from this development.
