Brightwater Towns will be a stacked townhouse development that will feature large, spacious units with 3 + bedrooms. These towns will range from 1,900-2,600 square-feet.

The elegant towns will consist of 106 units divided into 12 rows conveniently located in the 72-acre master-plan. The features of the homes will come with soaring 10 ft ceilings on the main floor and 9 ft ceilings on the second and third floors. The ensuite bathroom will come with a vanity with two sinks and rectangular mirror with integrated light fixture. Brightwater Towns will be adjacent to the live/work units, which are a part of a different phase in the project.
