Condo Project Summary
A new luxury residence is set to invigorate the heart of the city central, redefining local urban contemporary living for the next generation to come.
The Exchange District Condos is a high-rise condominium tower by Camrost Felcorp in Mississauga. This pre-construction development is located at 151 City Centre Drive just south of Square One Shopping Centre. This project has an occupancy date of 2023.
Placed atop a 6-storey podium containing office space and some 20,000 square feet of amenities, this condo's resplendent 60 storey-high tower greatly impresses with its opulent exterior and stately amenities.
Featuring a design by internationally-recognized IBI Group Architects, this tower will have a structure made of offset symmetrical blocks rotated 90 degrees every six floors, simultaneously creating variation and balance. Formal without being rigid, this exquisite development emanates class and sophistication, making for a welcome addition to the Mississauga skyline.
As the first of four towers that will constitute the massive 3-acre Exchange District master-planned community, this condominium (also known as EX1) will work in tandem with a number of mixed-use facilities to revitalize the downtown core.
Exchange District Condos complement a wide-ranging bevy of existing neighbourhood, the least of which is Mississauga's best-known retail location, Square One. Located just steps away, condo residents will have instant access to the hundreds of stores and services available at one of Canada's largest malls.
With so many conveniences within close reach, this vibrant new community will do its part to inspire the Mississauga city centre, attracting visitors and giving them a reason to stay, infusing the local downtown scene with a vibrant immediacy.
Finally, with the introduction of a top-tier residence catering to the best in today’s urban lifestyles, Mississauga’s city centre can finally shed its past stigmas for a fresh start. As an ideal location for active urbanites on the go, investors are prompted to act without delay on this golden opportunity.

Location & Neighbourhood
As the veritable heart of the city, Square One is a bustling and thriving shopping centre that is second only in Canada to the West Edmonton Mall in terms of size. Home to some 360 stores covering some 200,000 square meters, this retail paradise is located just 3 minutes away from the condo, offering residents instant access to top brand stores like Walmart Supercentre, Hudson’s Bay, and Holt Renfrew.
While Square One is enough to fulfill many people, downtown Mississauga offers so much more. Outside the mall and within a 6 minute walk, residents can reach such important Mississauga venues like Mississauga Civic Centre, a Sheridan College campus, the city’s largest public library (Central Library), the Art Gallery of Mississauga, Rabba Fine Foods, Celebration Square, and the Living Art Centre, the city’s massive multi-use arts facility.
Located a little further away but still within the walkable orbit of the condo are many restaurants, cafes, banks, hotels, bars, an LCBO outlet, and drug store. With some many conveniences located nearby, this area has been awarded a rare “Walker’s Paradise” Walk Score of 92, meaning that daily errands in this neighbourhood do not require a car.
By accessing transit or a car, these options only become more plentiful. For more retail services, local residents can drive to the nearby Golden Square Centre, a T & T Supermarket, the Central Parkway Mall that includes a Food Basics grocery store, and the Heartland Town Centre, a massive 670,000 square meter retail complex featuring such big brand stores like Canadian Tire and Costco.
As convenience as retail services are here, the city has made a point to counterbalance the city core with an abundant number of green space. Parks that can be found to the west include Community Common Park, Zonta Meadows Park, Kariya Park, and John Bud Cleary Park; to the south, Fairview Park; and to the east, one will find Woodington Green, Greenfield Park, and Stonebrook Park. If that wasn’t enough, the nearby Mississauga Valley Park serves as a popular green space that comes equipped with a community centre and splash pad among its numerous sport facilities.
Entertainment and fitness options are no less varied. Area attractions include a neighbouring movie complex, a Playdium Amusement Centre, and a Sky Zone Trampoline Park. Meanwhile, area residents can stay in shape at the Mississauga Burnhamthorpe Rd. YMCA Centre located a 9 minute walk away from the condo.
And yet, an abundance in daily conveniences doesn’t mean that there isn’t any room to grow in downtown. A wide range of educational facilities located in the neighbourhood include Fairview Public School, Father Michael Goetz Secondary School, TL Kennedy Secondary School, and Thornwood Public School. At the same time, area residents can find health care services provided at Trillium Health Partners located 9 minutes by car to the south.
As seen by these many examples, this area is a great place where many things are reachable by foot. And yet, for people that need to travel elsewhere in the city, the city centre is also an ideal place for commuters due to its role as the region’s main transportation hub.
Located just ten minutes away from Exchange District Condos, the City Centre Transit Terminal provides bus service for the Mississauga and Brampton public transportation systems. Among the 20 bus routes that make a stop here is the Mississauga Transitway, a dedicated 18 kilometer-long east-west express bus that serves as the fastest way to get across the city. This great convenience will only increase in the future when the Hurontario LRT will be completed in 2022, offering local residents a quick and easy way to travel up and down this city.
Just north of the station is the Square One Bus Terminal, another bus station offering regional GO bus service. For GO train service, residents have a choice of nearby GO stations: Cooksville to the south (12 minutes by transit), Erindale to the west (15 minutes by transit), and Port Credit GO Station serving the Lakeshore West line (27 minutes by transit).
Meanwhile, motorists have a number of fast roadways to aid them on their commute. Highway 403 is located immediately to the north and is just 4 minutes away by car; reaching Highway 401 takes 6 minutes more while Highway 407 will take a total of 15 minutes. To the south, drivers can reach the Queen Elizabeth Way in just 9 minutes by car.
The Exchange District Condos represents an unprecedented new era where the city centre is celebrated as a place to meet, to shop, to walk — and for future residents — a great place to live.
