The Hazel Townhomes is a pre-construction development proposed by Pace Development’s for Mississauga’s Erin Mills neighbourhood. Located in a natural enclave near the banks of the Credit River, The Hazel Townhomes is slated for an occupancy date in 2021. A short distance from some of the city’s best attractions, these modern living spaces offer the best of both worlds.
Pace Development’s proposal calls for 35 urban townhome units at the convenient intersection of Mississauga Road and Eglinton Avenue West. Details about layouts and square-footage haven’t been released, but with this developer’s reputation for luxurious custom built homes, we’re expecting a collection of high-end residences with urban amenities, lush landscaping and thoughtful features.
