Brant New Condos for Sale

Why Should You Invest In Brant Real Estate?

Highly-regarded among visitors for its beautiful scenery, the County of Brant has also proven itself to attract new residents and home purchasers.

With rising average housing prices and monthly rent complemented by low employment rate and taxes, Brant and its small towns like Paris present themselves as an ideal alternative to the high cost of living in Ontario’s urban centres.

And, with the local population expected to grow from 37,000 to 59,000 by 2041, local housing demand is surely going to rise for this picturesque rural area located a half-hour’s drive to the west of Hamilton.

And while Brant maintains a preference for single-detached homes over condominiums, the area proves to be amenable to changing housing trends, having become a popular destination for retirement homes and adult lifestyle communities.

With its low industrial and residential taxes, competitive development charges, and low crime rate, Brant signifies an excellent opportunity for new businesses and residents alike.

County of Brant

Distinguished by its unbroken traditions and breath-taking vistas, Brant is a largely rural area of some 36,000 residents beloved for its charming allure.

Surrounding the City of Brantford but operating as a wholly separate municipality, Brant is fully enveloped by the lush woodlands of southern Ontario, all while keeping within commuting range of the Golden Horseshoe.

Brant’s most populated urban centre is Paris, a town of 12,310 located atop a steep hill at the confluence of two rivers that wind past its downtown.

Named “Prettiest Little Town in Canada” by Harrowsmith Canada, this romantic getaway features the country’s greatest concentration of cobblestone structures, some of which are century-old and contain up to 14,000 hand-picked cobblestones.

With its line-up of boutique shops, restaurants, and coffee shops that overlook the river and the nearby evening-lit Penman’s Dam, Paris’ small town charm is equally present in other Brant locales.

To its north, Saint George welcomes visitors to its annual Applefest fall fair while Burford to the west continues to delight crowds after 150 years with the Burford Fall Fair.

In addition to charm, Brant offers a whole wealth of tangible benefits. This ideally-balanced, rustic and refined area is also known for its rising real estate and rental prices.
