This first phase of Lyon's Creek project involves 58 homes, including a variety of townhouse and detached homes.

The second phase on Tallgrass Avenue, Niagara Falls is comprised of 47 single family homes, ranging in size from 1422 to 3243 square feet. These homes will be Semi’s, 45’ Singles, and 50’ Singles.

Lyon's Creek homes in both phases boast mixed materials like brick, stone, and wood. The modern yet charming aesthetic of this community makes for the perfect foundation for an up and coming city. With plenty of large vinyl windows, the homes are bright, comfortable and inviting. After all, the house fronts provide the opportunity for lush greenery that will add to its enchanting streetscape.

The expansive homes all seem to include generously sized two-car garage, making them ideal for working families with multiple cars.

The quaint yet contemporary aesthetic of the homes makes for a relaxing yet developed energy -- and their interior design and finishings are just as sophisticated and classic as its exterior. They have been designed with room layouts that are inherently up to date with high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, durable laminate countertops in the kitchens and bathrooms, and much more.

Location & Neighbourhood

Lyon's Creek is an hour from the GTA, and boasts one of the most central locations in the Niagara Regions, being only a 12 minute drive away from the scenic Niagara Falls. The falls are the standout attraction of the city, and the entire region itself.

These falls bring a significant amount of tourism to the area, which means it will only be building upwards as more and people head to the city to check out the stunning site, and decide to take up residence in the region.

With our ever growing population -- especially with immigration -- it just makes sense to build more affordable single family suburban communities. The goal of the federal government is to help nearly a million people call Canada home between 2018 and 2020.

We can be sure the Niagara region with its tourism and influx of developments will be a place everyone turns to. After all, at 33% Southern Ontario welcomes the highest amount of new Canadians. It’s most definitely a prime location, considering it links Toronto with the US providing access to over 150 consumers within a days drive.

On that note, is also worth mentioning that the development only a few minutes away from the United States. Due to such closeness to the States, there is the option for people to live in this mixed community and commute into the States on a day to day or weekly basis. Those working remotely for companies in states near the border will especially benefit from having such convenient access to the border for frequent visits for work conferences, meetings etc.

The Niagara region not only offers access to 4 interior national border crossings, but boasts proximity GO Rail TRansit, four 400-series freewats, and 4 international airports within reach in the span of an one hour drive.

The city itself is also quickly developing as a job hub. With Niagara hosting the 2021 Canada Summer Games, it will open about 1,500 jobs. The Niagara GO Train expansion will also add to this addition of jobs, as it will not only create 2,400 full time jobs but also 1,200 full time construction jobs on top of that number,

It is also key to note that families with growing children will love the area so close to its major universities like Brock University, Georgian College and Niagara College. This is ideal for families who want to be close to post secondary options to give their kids the option to stay at home while attending school.

It is important to note that the city itself boasts stellar entertainment options. With Buffalo at arms length, residents can also head across the border for stellar deals at shops. There is also the local Clifton Hill, the tourism strip with attractions like the Fallsview Casino, Madame Tussauds and Ripley’s Believe It Or Not, and more. There are also a variety of dining options by the central strip like Copacabana Brazilian Steakhouse.

There is a lot to love about this charming project so well located in relation to the region’s entertainment centre, and the area’s major universities. Investors will want to keep a close eye on the city’s developments, bound to attract a wide variety of people.
