836 Roselawn Avenue Condos will feature a contemporary architectural design that will take on an L-shape as per the site's shape. The base, which consists of the first 7 floors, is dark red brick, but as the next chunk of storeys takes form, you will see that it is dark grey metal panelling as the levels gradually move up.
The final chunk of floors are topped off with light grey panels to add dimension. The glass element will be displayed throughout the building's design, with large windows strategically placed throughout each level and side of the development and balconies.
