Block 7 Condos is a new mixed-use mid-rise condominium development by Concord Adex in North York. This pre-construction condo is located at 1001 Sheppard AVe East, Between Sheppard Avenue and Leslie Street in Bayview Village neighbourhood.
This mixed-use project will be just steps from Bessarion Station, in a transit-oriented community. Investors can expect this project to rise 8-storeys off the ground with 264 residential suites.

Block 7 Condos will be a two tower project connected by a shared podium. Both towers will have an equal height of 8-storeys and 264 residential units. These units will range from one to three bedrooms with the suites going up to 1194 square-feet.
The podium will reach 2-storeys high on the northeast side and 6-storeys high on the east side. This development will be built in a u-shape and will have an outdoor terrace around it. The entire ground floor will have retail space and signage on the front, facing the street. This new development, known as Block 7, will be part of the well-known Concord Park Place master-planned community. This complex, once completed, will have 20 residential buildings that will include retail and office space, a walkable enclave with an 8-acre park in the middle of the complex and a new, state-of-the-art community centre.
Block 7 Condos will include over 25,000 square-feet of retail space located inside of the shared podium, for residents of both towers to enjoy. Investors can also expect over 11,000 square-feet of amenity space in the building, giving residents plenty of state-of-the-art amenities to choose from.

Designed by Dialog architectural firm, Block 7 Condos will have a modern, sleek design. The architectural design of this development will have a dark and light grey contrast with large floor-to-ceiling windows placed throughout the entire development. Most of these units will have a generous-sized glass balcony with a wavy design.
