Metro Park Condos is a new high-rise condominium by DBS Developments in North York. This pre-construction project will sit at 25 St Dennis Dr just south of the intersection of Don Mills and Eglinton in the Flemingdon Park neighbourhood.

This new condo project will add up to 552 new units in one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom units designed to accommodate growing families.

Designed by Kirkor Architects, the 37 storey building will feature a 7 storey podium with a mix of inset and protruding balconies, and the tower above will feature rectangular balconies with stylish mismatched contemporary lines. Whereas the smaller condo will feature balconies with rectangular maze-like lines, and various stepbacks adding to the visual appeal of the tower.

We expect the interiors of each unit to offer contemporary designs with modern features. It is likely that each dwelling will feature open-concept layouts, inspiring kitchens and comfortable yet functional bathrooms.

Location & Neighbourhood
