This new development is a series of modern townhomes in the pre-construction phase, proposed by Context Developments and Metropia for Toronto’s Lawrence Heights neighbourhood. The New Lawrence Heights has an expected occupancy date of 2020.

These townhomes will be part of a 100-acre redevelopment of the Lawrence Heights neighbourhood, bordering the south edge of Yorkdale Shopping Centre. In total, there will be over 250 townhomes on Ranee Avenue, fronting onto a proposed public park. The new vision for The New Lawrence Heights gives current residents access to new homes and opportunities while also opening the community up to new residents.

This phase of the development see the building of 18 back-to-back townhomes and 36 row townhomes. Suites are proposed to be offered in various layouts, which will be customizable by residents.

The homes will boast design from TACT Architecture.
