This new condo project is the newest addition to the Oakvillage multi-phase master-planned community
Oakvillage Condos is a new 8-storey mid-rise condominium development by Minto Communities in Oakville. This pre-construction project is located at the northwest corner of Dundas St East and Trafalgar Road set along a new road extension to be called Wheat Boom Drive. It has an occupancy date of 2022.
This project consists of two phases, the first phase which has already been successfully sold out, included a set of stacked townhomes. The second phase will include two towers, raising 15-storeys and 20-storeys off the ground.

Oakvillage Condos will exhibit a two-toned exterior showcasing a minimalist-style with light grey and dark grey neutral colours. The buildings will have large windows to bring in the most natural light and generous-sized balconies to give future residents a chance to enjoy their outdoor space and take in the stunning views of the city.
