U.C. Tower 2 is a recently proposed condominium that will be joining U.C. Tower and U.C. Towns — which consists of different styles including a stunning tower and traditional town homes and stacked-towns.

This development will be the first of two towers. It will rise 27-storeys high and will come with over 27,000 square-feet of amenity space including 16,000 square-feet of indoor amenities and 11,000 square-feet of outdoor amenities.

There will be smooth finished ceilings throughout, laminate flooring in entry, living/dining, kitchen, main hallway, bedroom(s) and flex, and cultured marble window sills.
