Pickering City Centre Block 1 is a new mixed-use, high-rise condominium development in Pickering by CentreCourt Developments. This four-tower pre-construction project, ranging in height from 40 to 55 storeys, will sit at 1355 Kingston Road at Liverpool Rd and Kingston Rd. Pickering City Centre Block 1 will be part of the upcoming Pickering City Centre Redevelopment, a 55-acre master-planned community that will shape Pickering's downtown around the busy Pickering Town Centre.

It will be the project's first phase future phases will see the eventual rise of 10 mixed-use towers along Glenanna Rd on the mall's east side.

You can choose between one-bedrooms ranging from 491 to 500 square feet, one-bedroom plus dens between 492 to 611 square feet, two-bedrooms between 610 to 725 square feet, and two-bedroom plus dens ranging from 725 to 1,002 square feet.
