Over the past weekend, the GTA-Homes team had the pleasure to host a VIP Event for the King’s Landing Phase 3 development by Concord Adex. The event took place on Saturday, May 25th at Concord Park Place Presentation Centre. The night started off with future investors and home-owners walking into the well-designed presentation centre to see mock-ups of the Phase 3 development and the Concord Park Place master-planned community.
Guests were given the opportunity to speak with our sales agents and were among the first to receive the brochure, floor plans and price list. While learning about the development, master-planned community and amenities, guests had the chance to enjoy hors d'oeuvres and light refreshments. Raffle tickets were also given out upon arrival for a chance to win lucky-draw prizes.
After the introduction period, guests were invited to watch a short presentation to learn more about the condo boom, platinum access, market trends and the King’s Landing Phase 3 development by seasoned broker, David Vu. Guests were given insight into what is driving the condo boom, what kind of advantages they have when purchasing with platinum agents and why it is important to invest in the condo market. Presentations such as this may ease any concerns or answer questions home-owners or first-time investors may have before they make a big purchase. During the presentation registration forms were given out for those that were interested in purchasing a unit.
Guests were given the opportunity to win $30,000 in closing credits if they filled out a registration form that night. It is important to note that this event was a non-obligatory purchase event. Guests were able to RSVP to the event to get more information about the development, but were not obligated to purchase on the spot.
A walkthrough of a suite was available to give clients an idea of what the units will look like, the size and decor. The suites come with state-of-the-art appliances and elegant decor including calacatta porcelain backsplashes, laminate cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, gas-stove cooktop and each suite comes with a wine cellar. Below are some photos of the suite layouts that were available that night.
Finally, the night came to a close with the announcement of the lucky-draw prize winners. The raffle tickets guests were given at the beginning of the night were used for a draw where five lucky winners won a Hermes tie, three bottles of whiskey and a 55 Inch Samsung television.
The Concord Park Place master-planned community will take up an astonishing 45-acres of land, just slightly southwest from the corner of Leslie Street and Sheppard Avenue East. This new development will be comprised of 18 buildings with 5,000 units and 60,000 square-feet of retail space. The community will feature an 8-acre park for all residents that will include a skating rink and children’s playground. The surrounding area will also have a school and a newly-built 85,000 square-foot community centre that will come fully-equipped with a gym, pool, yoga room, a daycare facility and a branch of the Toronto Public Library. This development is located in a prime spot of the city, just steps away from the Sheppard Line 4 Subway Station and Oriole GO Train. Additionally, Highway 401 and the Don Valley Parkway are conveniently located up the street. Although the master-planned community will be lined with various retail shops, residents can also enjoy Fairview Mall and Bayview Village located only a few blocks away.
The King’s Landing Phase 3 development will be the final phase of the King’s Landing condominiums and will stand as the tallest building in the group. This development will reach 32-storeys in height and will have a range of suites including one to three-bedroom units. The size of the suites will vary between 388 square-feet to 1,498 square-feet. Not only will the suites offer the best appliances and finishings, the building will also have advanced features such as charging stations for electric cars including Tesla’s and an automatic car wash.
