King East Estates will have 255 spacious homes that will be divided between 144 single detached homes, 32 semi-detached and 79 townhomes. The first phase will consist of 56 units that will be comprised of 19 singles, 8 semi-detached and 29 townhomes. Phase one has already been zoned and serviced with an expected completion in the Spring of 2021.

The second phase will include 183 units split between 115 singles-detached, 25 semi detached and 43 townhomes. The third phase will consist of 4 custom homes at a standalone property at 52 Puccini Road while the the fourth and final phase will include 23 units consisting of 17 single detached and 6 townhomes.
