The proposal for this condo project calls for two 28-storey residential towers connected by a two-storey podium. A range of unit styles is proposed, including six studio units, 222 one-bedroom units and 323 two-bedroom units. Ten two-storey townhomes are also expected to be included, accessible from street level.

Within the podium, residents will have access to over 15,000 square feet of indoor amenity space and 9,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a courtyard at grade, between the two towers. Kirkor Architects has signed on to design the structure.

This developer favours sleek, urban-inspired amenities in their buildings, so we predict this one will feature similar spaces. These communal facilities often include rooftop terraces and lounge areas with wet bars and fireplaces.

In addition, a new road is proposed for the site, which will eventually connect the residential component with a commercial plaza to the east, also slated for redevelopment. 571 parking spaces will be available for residents, housed in a three-level underground garage.
