This pre-construction project by Diamond Kilmer Developments and DiamondCorp is located at 411 Victoria Park Ave , the northeast corner of Victoria Park and Gerrard Street East in Birch Cliff neighbourhood.

411 Victoria Park Condos will be comprised of three mid-rise buildings, two of them will be 10-storeys while one will be 8-storeys. For residents that need a bit more space, there will be five groups of stacked townhomes and back-to-back townhomes. Location & Neighbourhood

411 Victoria Park Condos will be built in a family-friendly area that will be near many urban amenities. Residents will enjoy the convenience of living near many restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, schools, parks and retail stores. For starters, residents will be just 5 minutes away from The Danforth Village where they will find some of the best restaurants, shopping and festivals the city has to offer. Commonly known as Greentown which stems from strong cultural roots, residents will find many authentic Greek restaurants, fresh fruit and vegetable markets, many trendy boutique shops and art exhibits.

During the summer months, this area tends to get quite busy with The Taste of The Danforth festival that happens yearly. The streets are lively and filled with people that come out to enjoy the music, entertainment and great food from many local vendors.

Closer to this development residents will find many great urban amenities including Loblaws, Starbucks, Shoppers Drug Mart, Staples, Lowes, Leon’s Furniture and so much more. This project will sit on the east-end of the city and will be near many great neighbourhoods, other than The Danforth residents can travel south down Victoria Park Avenue and get to The Beaches neighbourhood. By the waterfront, there are many beaches, piers, parks, golf courses, shops and the option to enjoy water-based activities. There is so much to see and do in this area and it caters to everyone no matter their age or lifestyle.

Being known as a transit-oriented development, residents here will have access to Victoria Park Station, which is a quick 8 minute walk away. This station runs on the TTC Subway’s Bloor-Danforth Line 2 and can take commuters to Downtown Toronto in just 20 minutes. The Danforth GO Station is also just a 5 minute walk away and travellers can quickly access Union Station or travel more east toward Pickering. There are buses that stop directly outside of this development, one of them will easily connect residents to the Line 2 Subway and will take them to the University of Toronto - Scarborough Campus. Although parking spaces are available for this development, residents here will find it easy to travel without the use of a car.
