Birchley Park Condos is a new modern condominium and townhome development in Scarborough. This pre-construction project by Diamond Kilmer Developments and DiamondCorp is located at 411 Victoria Park Ave, on the northeast corner of Victoria Park and Gerrard Street East in Birch Cliff neighbourhood.

Birchley Park Condos will be comprised of three elegant 12-storey buildings influenced by the minimalism of Scandinavian design. Location & Neighbourhood
Birchley Park Condos will be built in a family-friendly area that will be near many urban amenities. For starters, residents will be just 5 minutes away from The Danforth Village where they will find some of the best restaurants, shopping and festivals the city has to offer.
