The stacked townhomes encompass two blocks of Dairy Avenue on the west side of the development, taking on the residential character of the street. Average square footage in these units is approximately 986 and layouts range from one to four bedrooms.

The grade-related townhouses will take up another two blocks along the northerly potion of the site. These units will each come with three bedrooms, a balcony or terrace, two parking spaces, and private garages and driveways.

All four blocks of townhomes will share a pedestrian walkway and a landscaped amenity area, including a children’s playground.
