Quadcam’s plan calls for an 18-storey tower anchored by a six-storey podium, just west of Warden Avenue. With 234 units in total, square footage is expected to range from 450 square feet to 1,063.
A variety of unit styles are expected, including bachelor units, one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom, two-bedroom-plus den and three-bedroom layouts, each surrounded by an oversized balcony or terrace.
