The Garden Series On Sheppard Condos will be a mixed-use development that will have two mid-rise towers, one will rise 14-storeys off the ground while the other will be 10-storeys. Both towers will have 352 residential units. This development will also come with 76 contemporary towns with two to three bedroom units that will range up to 1,038 square-feet.
A new street will be built in the complex that will start from Sheppard Avenue and will run north and south between the two towers, the road will then extend east between the 14-storey building and the townhomes. These townhomes will be laid out in a U-shape welcoming residents from all angles.

Location & Neighbourhood
One of the most important factors to consider when thinking about investing in The Garden Series On Sheppard is the future of transit. The Sheppard LRT is currently underway and is expected to be completed by 2021.
This new transit will span 13 kilometres and will add 26 stops along Sheppard which will connect to Don Mills Station. One of the proposed LRT stops will be at Sheppard Avenue and Warden Avenue, just outside of this development. This new mode of transportation will enhance the public transportation experience for commuters allowing them to get to their destination quicker. Currently, Agincourt GO Station is a 5 minute drive away and will take residents to Union Station in only 30 minutes. Highway 404 and 401 are also located right by this development, commuters can access these major arteries in no time.
