Boulevard AT The Thornhill will be joining the master-planned development currently underway at The Thornhill. This most recent development will be the final chapter of the residential community.

The complex will consist of two differing towers; a 12-storey condo holding 158 units and a 6-storey condo holding 115 units. The towers will stem from a joint one-storey podium and branch off to their respective heights. Both condos will include family-sized suites ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts. Both towers will feature modern open-concept floor plans, expansive balconies and terraces and share a full-service common lobby. The taller building will display landscaped terraces on its setbacks located on levels 5,7,9,11 and 12, and the 6-storey building will feature a patio on the first floor; both condos will house green roofs.

The amenities for this development include a ground level shared courtyard, 24/7 concierge, a quiet lounge, co-work lounge, meeting room, party room, fitness centre, a greenhouse that gives residents the opportunity to grow plants, vegetables and herbs.

Condos will include family-sized suites ranging from one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom layouts.

Finally, a large outdoor terrace that will feature a calisthenics zone, a set of stationary fitness equipment that lets you stay fit under the sun, lounging and dining area that gives you the opportunity to host a dinner with friends or family while enjoying the peaceful scenery.

The suites will come with modern features and finishes including approximately 9 ft ceilings in living rooms and dining rooms, contemporary 4” baseboards and 2” casings in all areas except bathroom(s) and laundry room, white, smooth, painted ceilings, flat panel interior doors with satin chrome lever hardware, framed mirrored sliding closet doors in foyer and bedroom(s), laminate flooring in the foyer and foyer closet, hallway, bedroom(s), living/dining room, den and Kitchen, as per plan, porcelain floor tile in bathroom(s) and ceramic floor tile in laundry/storage areas.

The kitchens will come with custom-designed contemporary kitchen cabinetry with integrated under-cabinet valance lighting and soft-close hardware, quartz countertop with single bowl stainless-steel, undermount sink, matching Kitchen island or peninsula with quartz countertop and dining accommodations, single-lever kitchen faucet with pull-out head for ease of use and contemporary tile backsplash.

The bathroom features will include custom-designed bathroom vanity and one-piece sink(s), frameless mirror(s), light sconce above frameless vanity mirror(s), pot light within the tub/shower, contemporary single-lever chrome faucet(s) on vanity, and chrome plumbing fixtures in shower or bathtub, acrylic deep soaker tub and wall tile surround up to ceiling as per plan, clear tempered framed glass shower stalls with preformed base and full-height wall tile surround, as per plan and chrome bathroom accessories.

The development will hold a four level below-grade parking garage, housing 935 parking spaces for all four buildings in the community. Additionally, seven grade level commercial parking spaces will be available behind the buildings with access to the commercial area. The site will also include a mix of 575 short and long-term bicycle parking spaces. In addition, a pedestrian and bicycle facility will be provided on Bathurst Street and Centre Street to improve and further connect the public realm.
