147 Spadina Condos will be a 25-storey tower containing a 14-storey podium with a residential GFA of 19,415 square metres and 433.6 square metres of retail area. The condo will contain many layouts and designs totalling 223 residential dwellings in the following contingencies:

We can expect to find more indoor amenity space on the second floor and both indoor and outdoor on the third floor provided in the form of an outdoor terrace; the 15th floor will also contain a communal outdoor terrace where residents are encouraged to make use of the open area overlooking the city.

Additionally, The proposed building includes a 3-level below-grade parking structure with car parking and 248 Bicycle storage spaces, with elevator access located on the P1 level.

Car parking will take place on the P2-P3 levels containing 26 car parking spaces. Access to the car parking spaces on these levels will be from a below-grade link to the existing underground parking garage of District Lofts at 388 Richmond Street West.

The limited amount of parking will be to encourage residents to use bicycles and green transportation methods in place of cars.

This latest development will be replacing a 2-storey brick building located in the fashion district and turning it into an architecturally distinct condo with art-deco designs and bright facades.
