The tower will house 155 suites in total, with six percent being studio units (approximately 10), 61 percent being one-bedroom units (approximately 94), 17 percent being one-bedroom plus den units (approximately 26), 10 percent being two-bedroom units (approximately 16) and six percent being three-bedroom units (approximately 10). This reflects the wide range of people who call the vibrant neighbourhood home; artists, executives, couples and young families.
