Considering that this project is so new, we do not have too much information about it just yet. However, we know that Trinity Group is a trusted and reputable developer in their industry and we expect to see great amenities from this condominium.

We can see from the renderings that the tower will have a sleek, angled and modern look. The angles give the tower a unique structure rather than the straight towers we are used to seeing. Based on the rendering, the tower will be a mixed-use residential building and the first floor will be dedicated to retail space.

We can see three outdoor amenity spaces varying throughout the building. We see green space and a landscaped garden surrounding the top of the first podium, the seventh floor and the fifteenth floor. The greenery surrounding the multi-levels of the building bring life to the tower.

New renderings are showing a bright and populated area, with new local businesses to come such as Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO and Loblaws and many more. A pedestrian walkway is included in the plans to connect pedestrians to the TTC, Go Train and UP Express. New landscaped gardens are included in the plans to bring lush and life to the area. We can expect to see a winter garden, cherry blossom trees and pear trees. New employment and condominiums can be expected in this area as well as bringing in over 3,000 employment opportunities.

This new high-rise condominium is in the perfect location and will fit in nicely with this newly redeveloped area. Homeowners can expect to work, live and play within the same vicinity making life here convenient.

In the meantime, this neighbourhood has a perfect Transit Score of 100 and an almost-perfect Walk Score of 93, already making this area a prime place to live.

There are already many amenities surrounding the area including international cuisines, bars and cafes, grocery stores including Loblaws and Freshco, bakeries, a butcher shop and entertainment options such as cinemas and art galleries.
