Occupying four separate lots, this development will sit just south of Lawrence Avenue. It’s proposed as a 25-storey building, consisting of an expansive six-storey podium and a 19-storey tower element.

This space will connect to an almost 7,000-square-foot outdoor terrace on the podium’s rooftop, featuring dining alcoves, lounging space and barbecue stations.

The developer has also taken care incorporating step-backs into the design of the tower, which will maximize privacy for residents in the likely event that adjacent land gets developed in this growing part of the city.
